Introduction:

This agreement is made between ehomes-4u Ltd (“We”) and the Advertiser (“You).
By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
You agree to ehomes-4u Ltd publishing your advert details on our website and any website connected to ehomes-4u.co.uk.
All refunds are at the company’s discretion.

ehomes-4u Ltd Responsibilities:

We reserve the right to take the site ‘off-line’ without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.
We will, to the best of our ability, ensure that the ehomes-4u.co.uk website is available at all times
We will supply a ‘For Sale’ or ‘To Let’ board, where requested, within ten working days.
We reserve the right to remove any advert that may contain unsuitable content. If this occurs, you will be given the opportunity to alter the material and we will then re-instate the advert.
The advert will be placed online within 24 hours, once full payment has been received.

Your Responsibilities:

You have the legal right to sell or rent the property.
The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. We do not take responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
You will pay the full advert fee before the advert will be published.
You have full permission for any photographs used in the advert.
If you have a contract with an estate agent, you will need to have it independently checked with regards to the terms and conditions concerning any fees that may be due in commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the estate agents commission, ehomes-4u Ltd will not be liable.
Only one property per advert.
You will assemble the ‘For Sale’ or ‘To Let’ board complying with the local planning authority regulations.
You will set you own selling price or rental price.
You will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property.
You will inform ehomes-4u Ltd once the property is sold or rented
