Premium Plus Package

Our Premium Plus Package offers you the opportunity to upload eight pictures of your property and gives you six months advertising. To load your details you will follow step-by-step procedures, you will be able to alter this text all the time your advertisement is valid. This will enable you to change pictures, text and price if required.

You will be included in all local or national media advertising as well as any internet search engines and all linked sites.

All your enquiries will be sent via e-mail, which you will be required to respond to, answering relevant questions and arranging viewings.

You will have access to our customer service support team (view contacts page), as well so our online property manager.

Your details will be in full-page format and be fully printable from the site page. A location map will also be provided.

You will receive an e-mail monthly asking if your property has been sold. We would require you to answer either yes or no. This is so we can keep our site up to date and only advertise properties that are still available. If you answer yes your property will be advertised for a further two weeks or to the end of your advertisement term (which ever is longest), but your property will be advertised as sold.

If you require a FOR SALE or TO LET board these can be purchased for a fee of £30.00 + VAT including P&P (England and Wales Only).
