You would think that estate agents fees would have been restructured, however this is not the case and they are just getting increasingly wealthier.
We feel owners and landlords wishing to sell of rent their properties should be able to do so at a set cost. Why should you pay more in estate fees if your property is worth more? The work that goes into selling your property is the same regardless of its value.
